Staff was helpful just a little slow. Overall I was happy with the service, though. They also had what I needed.
They never answer the phone, pricing is average and the service I received in their printing department was horrible.
The one lady at the cash was a bit frazzled on being short handed and twice while talking with me stopped to complain to the other lady about it
Their customer service has been top notch and they go out of their way to meet the needs of our business.
The computer technicians have been extremely helpful on more than one occasion. However, I struggle to find much else positive to say. The location is convenient. However, I have had yet another visit when I arrived intent on having a shopping spree especially in the electronics department but left almost empty handed, due to the lack of stock, lack of competitive pricing and complete lack of customer service. I was virtually the only customer in the store, and there were at least four staff members. I had roughly one half hour to spend in the store and spent it circling the aisles searching for multiple common items that simply were not there. Not one staff member offered help. When I finally arrived at the cashier with nothing but an overpriced package of paper to show for my time, the cashier obligingly asked if I found everything I was looking for, but did and said nothing when I responded that I had not found most of what I was looking for. When so many other stores advertise surveys on their receipts, I was not at all surprised to find that Staples had no such survey. There are other stores in town that offer MUCH better customer service, selection and pricing.
