Friendly people, great staff, excellent work out programs, especially the small group classes. Lots of options for people at various fitness levels. Can tailor some programs for injuries. Lots of fun!
Amazing classes with professional friendly staff. I've gone many times to MAX which is a group class that offers a bunch of variety and new fun experiences while using heart rate monitor and tracking them in real time by displaying them using a projector. Yoga and spin classes are also wonderful and invigorating. Can't recommend enough. By far the best gym I've ever been to!
