This place is a joke. First off, I brought in my pre-authorized payment form from my bank to give to them so I could go on a payment plan. They took it, said everything was good. They somehow managed to lose the form because they don't even have it on file (thats scary?). Therefore, all of my payments did not come out. They did not call me nor did ICBC to say anything was wrong. I then made and appointment with Jennifer who is the MANAGER and she was supposed to meet me there at 1pm April 18th to be on the phone with ICBC to figure this out. I went there at 1 and she was not there, none of the staff knew anything about me or the appointment I had with the manager, Jennifer. I've spent far to much time there over the past week trying to figure this out and in the end they still couldn't help me! I am very happy to say I will not be wasting any more of my time there!
I got my insurance transferred from Saskatchewan Saturday around noon with Angela. She was very happy, helpful and efficient and even let me email my driving history to her for a discounted insurance rate. The wait was next to nothing and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good people. I have to apologize to Tessa(?) (sorry if I got it wrong!) for the previous review and to Jennifer for having to take flak for it. She (Tessa?) did everything she should have done. Angela and Jennifer are also both great. Angela helped get to the bottom of a major issue and get it rectified quickly, and Jennifer stands behind her employees and making sure the work they do is done properly every time. I still regularly send all of my Prince George clients to Sussex and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area!
