I booked over the phone 5 days in advance. Upon arrival I was told the room I requested wasnt available, instead of downgrading me, George at the front desk upgraded me to a room that had everything I needed for the same price. I am very pleased with the customer service from George. On the other hand of customer service, the manager or owner I was not pleased with because a few days after George made this correction she tried to kick us out of the room to a room with only one bed in it. Not pleased with her but I was pleased with George! And the restaurant is really good and the waitresses make it feel like home, try the beef dip!
What a shame racism still exists.I went to Gramas inn for breakfast with my girlfriend, we dressed appropriately, and we were not greeted nicely.In fact, the waitresses were outright hostile to us, as we were the only natives in the restaurant. So you have lost business Permanently, Gramas Inn, you should be ashamed of yourselves for your prejudice way of thinking.A customer should feel welcomed, not like they are Scum, as we were made to feel by staff.Think before you speak.Leave your prejudice at home.
The inlaws brought my wife and I here a while back and the food is fantastic. The place has a nice cozy feel too it, the staff are so nice & funny and they're great at their jobs. Overall an excellent experience we had.
Exceeded my expectations. Bottle openers, sewing kits, microwaves and other things that I didn't know we're available at a hotel. Pleasant atmosphere, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again. Sandra and bratsy are your servers and they are the best in the business with their big personalities and knowing most patrons by name
Grammas is awesome. Close to everything with a Wendy's right next door. Better yet is their restaurant. Best pancakes ever. Service with a smile and some jokes. Have stayed here year after year and will continue.
