Dont like service people, made excuses so that they dont have to work

Been waiting for over an hour and have seen 5 people go though. Only have 3 service booths open. Absolutley ridiculous. Get some employees. Shouldnt have to wait over an hour for goverment services. Talking nonsense at front counter with customers making those people wait extra long aswell. This is a buissness not a social event. Get it together and serve your customers in a timely and professional matter.
Be prepared to wait so bring a book or something.
