Awesome customer service and good selection of products. Staff are very knowledgable and helpful in getting information on items I am after. Definitely my go pet store when in town.
They have really good pets and for the most part have great customer service. I was not impressed however with one of the employees aggressively shoving a small rat into a box when I adopted him. A gentler touch would have been appreciated
This is the best place to bring your children because there is open cages and you can ask to hold the reptiles and the services are a 7/10
Place needs an update or a deep clean. Lots of haggard looking fish. But the staff are always pleasant.
