This is a great place to live!! Clearly the last few posts were from tenants that were evicted by management because they were problem tenants. We live on sand there are ants which can be dealt with very easily.. we deal with ours every spring no problem the rest of the year. Management is great to deal we have had no issues. They usually give us at least 48 hours notice before shutting the water off. Yes they are doing a lot of upgrades to our services as it is an older park but always give notice to shut offs. We received a notice a year and a half ago of the impending road closures which only affects 14 people which I'm I closed in. I support the decision because we have a particularly bad tenant on our row that like to speed.
