Bought a used Spa about 5 years ago, to enjoy as a family but mainly as therapy for my wife's back, post spine surgery. Hot tub has run flawlessly for The Last 5 Years. Works awesome to relax Susanne's back.. received a lot of help from the folks at Tropical Pool and Spa regarding Spa maintenance etc.

I needed an old hot tub removed from the deck at a house I purchased recently. Elaine was so helpful via email and phone to plan the removal and the 4-person team sent out on the day was fast, super pleasant and respectful of my property while completing the task at hand. When I am in the market for a hot tub again, I will be working with these folks.
