I brought my dog there in perfect health for a standard procedure and she barley made it out alive. They stopped her heart and she was given ridiculous amounts of blood pressure/ heart rate pills, that in turn burst every blood vessel in both her eyes. They also neglected to tell me anything went wrong, I found out by my dog's eyes literally bleeding. The absolute worst experience everrrrrr. Negligent and unsafe. I continue to hear horror story after horror story and all I can do is thank my lucky stars my baby is even still here with me.
Went to purchase de-flea and deworming product for our three cats, as preventative measures, and they would not sell it to us since we have not had our cats there in the past year....and it has been 13 months since last there!Up until now they have been great but this is a major money grab for no reason in my eyes. I would prefer to support my local vet but they obviously dont support the local customers...
Great service, prompt. My dog was injured in a fight with another dog they did an amazing job stitching her eye back together and caring for her. Great group of ladies!
The follow up here is remarkable. Started a dog on new meds and they called me several times over a period of 2 months to make sure things were going well and continuing to improve. This week I had to put down my old farm kitty. They did an amazing job of making a very hard thing a bit easier. Amazing compassionate staff!
They look after both our dog and our cat...we're very satisfied with their service
