I am an evacuee during 2017 BC wildfires staying in PG from WL. My dog stepped on glass and cut her foot in town and she needed stiches. I called and they made a space available for us and offered me a very fair discount to help offset my expenses. Very helpful very friendly and I really appreciated my visit.
Been using PG Vet for 23 years for my cats, 1 passed at 17yrs old and another over 20. I'd say they do a fantastic job at helping me keep my pets healthy & happy.
not recommended!my dog needed help while we are on a road trip and stopped by to have her examined. after selling us expensive ultrasonic and urine tests, i was promised the results in 48 hours. it took me everyday reminder emails to finally get a response after five days and all i got was "test was negative, it was not what we thought it was." i even stopped by on my way back from yukon, and they refused to let me see a doctor for her cause she was not an emergency. but i was promised the doctor who saw her the first time would get in touch with me as soon as she is back in the clinic, needless to say i have not heard anything from her again.payed a lot for no diagnose at all and their communication is outright bad.
They love pets, it's pretty obvious whenever I take mine there.
Caring and helpful staff. Very pricey however.
