Beautiful, quiet rooms. We had a hug balcony above the restaurant. Currently some construction going on out back, I'm excited to see what they have in store!
Great hotel to stay at in Prince George. Reasonable room rates, friendly staff go beyond to assist guests, food good, rooms very clean, great location off Hwy 97, beds comfy. Highly recommend!
I stay here regularly, the place is always clean and the staff polite. I've never used the gym/pool. They provide coupons for the restaurant and casino that I've only ever used once. The breakfast wrap was great.
Normally I love the Prestige hotels, this one was different. Called to see if room was available and how much. Yes lots of rooms, rate was quoted at $179.00, checked Hotels dot com and was quoted $149.00. Took the good deal, paid for it by credit card on Hotels dot com. Came in to check in and was then quoted $115.00 for the same room. WTH! The was told there is a $10.00 food voucher and didn't get it. The guy behind the counter gave me a long story about it's a mistake and he told them to fix it. Then got to the room and the whole back side of the building is under construction. No discount for that either. All around not happy with the stay! Will not be back to this hotel. Boo!
Great staff. Pool and hot tub excellent and very clean. A wonderful family get away. So sad when told the breakfast room was no longer avalable. Hot coffee though.
