Since new ownership, the Roblyn grounds are very clean and it is a family friendly setting. Only thing is close to Highway, so a lot of traffic

Old rustic cabin/trailer park. Also partial filming location for the Ben Affleck and Gary Sinise movie "Reindeer Games"
