Has a giant 'tropical' courtyard but only had one tiny pool open...beware of that's the reason you are booking there... You will be disappointed. All the rooms open to the pool area so you can hear all the noise right into your room. Room was kind of gross... Stains... Food dried on the door...mystery white crusty stain on the carpet. Beds were fine. I would not stay there again.

This was a nice hotel but it has slowly gone down. The tropical theme is nice but not all the pools were open when we stayed. Breakfast was rather plain and the rooms need updating as does the entire hotel. Staff were pleasant. There is no elevator so those with mobility issues should book on the main floor.

Decent value and room. However as a professional driver, on the road, I arrived at 3am. This was discussed with the staff ahead of time. I was disappointed to be getting called moments after 11am, with a terse checkout time reminder. I was already gathering my things to leave, but had a business call come in that I had to take. I felt that the tone from the front desk was ignorant. Being a northern town, I would think you get a lot of truck drivers staying at your hotel, so this should be routine. We can't legally drive again without at least 8 hours off. So it would follow that we expect 8 hours minimum of peace for our money. I'm a very low maintenance guest; I don't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and I don't leave a mess. The least I could ask is an hour leeway on a very short stay. The hotel is unique, but I think I'll stay somewhere more "working man" friendly next time.

First of all was told the slides and pools were open. Then just before we got here were called to say the slides were closed. Never in 20 yrs of coming here were the slides ever open. Only one pool was open. Others were all covered up. Hot tub water was warm not hot. Coffee in the rooms was disgusting. I could go on sadly...

On the Long Weekend :This Hotel was a Relief to us and very nice and accommodating to me and my daughter and Grandson.... 3 Other Hotels in PG were awful to us so this was an Awesome Find... Love the jungle effect seems very relaxing... The Breakfast was Healthy...I will stay there again... But I do agree with another comment about Truckers or just any later AM Arrivals.....Road drivers needing 8 hours rest at least..... Not good of "any hotel" makes sure you are out at 11 am even if you arrive at 3:00 am that day... I have never agreed with that..... And is dangerous
